All our insurance, including worker's compensation and liability on our buildings, is managed through the Sloan Agency, 816-531-3680. Confirmations for reservations are sent out via e-mail. If you did not receive one, please call our office. Please look over the details carefully, typos can happen and will sometimes have momentous effects. Deposits are generally required for limousine service (almost never for sedan reservations). Typically the deposit is $100 or 50% of the total, whichever is less. However, if the total amount eventually due for a reservation exceeds $500, we generally require $200 deposit. For out-of-town reservations requiring drive time, we will also need to charge for latter in advance. We do not tolerate any illegal activities in our cars. These would include the usage of any kind of drugs, as well as underage alcohol consumption. We cannot check identification. However, if the driver acts upon suspicion and finds evidence of such behavior, the rental is instantly terminated and a full charge for the original reservation assessed. Our cars are non-smoking. Drivers are accommodating of smoking guests by allowing for smoking stops. If someone gets sick in the car and a clean-up is required, the charge is $100. Since every penny of that goes to the driver as he is responsible for cleaning it, we generally require that fee to be paid in cash. The other option would be that the client organized an immediate clean-up him/herself. If the car is not ready for usage soon after, much greater losses can accrue. |
